Arcane Rune is a destiny task item.
It can, with the December 2013 Update, be obtained from the FengShen Tower Rewards Shop by expending 20,000 FST Reward Points.
There exist three destiny tasks that require one or two Arcane Runes.
Arcance Runes, together with Ancient Horn and Ancient Warrior Spirit are required for these destiny tasks as follows:
- 1 Arcane Rune -- Di Tribe Decree -- also requires 2 Ancient Warrior Spirit + 1 Ancient Horn
- 2 Arcane Runes -- Dragonborn Tribe Decree -- also requires 2 Ancient Warrior Spirit + 1 Ancient Horn
- 2 Arcane Runes -- Xuanyuan Tribe Decree -- also requires 2 Ancient Warrior Spirit + 2 Ancient Horns
These three destiny Decree tasks provide respectively a Di Edict, Dragonborn Edict and Xuanyuan Edict. These Edicts may also be obtained directly, at random, be conquering the Boss Monster in the four Refuges.
